Canceled due to weather predictions of heavy rain, thundershowers and high wind gusts.

Saturday, October 25th
9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Join Friends of April Hill Park Weeding the Playground, Path to the playground and under the much loved Giant Sequoia. Children are welcomed and must bring an adult with them.

Show your love for April Hill Park
Project: Working with Portland Parks and Recreation’s horticulturalist
to remove invasive weeds along the fence of the playing field, before they spread to the neighborhood, and your garden
Portland Parks and Recreation will bring snacks, coffee and along with tools needed and knowledge of what we are removing and best techniques.
Bring your water bottle and gloves, if you have them. Friends of AHP will have water for refills and gloves if you need some.
Children are welcomed, but must bring an adult with them.
